Allow non-Japanese manga covers to be uploaded

One of MD's most useful features is the ability to find covers for manga. Is it possible to allow a section to upload covers from English, Spanish, French, etc. versions or would that cause too much clutter.

On a related note, I find that Goodreads is generally fairly comprehensive with its database of different language volume editions. For example, I can look up Mint na Bokura Volume 1 and find the ISBNs and publication dates and cover art for a whole bunch of different languages.
