It would be nice if the reading settings would be saved so I don't have to set them up each time I log in to my account.
eg. like how the theme and language settings are saved to my account.

I think it's intentional to bide those settings to each device/browser, especially when you switch between multiple devices very often and want to keep optimised settings for each one.

@Kilimanjaro If you have to keep setting them back, you must be wiping your cache or local files constantly. Don't do that. As mentioned, the reader settings are local so that they won't interfere with reading on multiple devices, and we have absolutely no plans to change that.
