I think we are very close to the end of the series.. Many series like this end after the 2 protagonists confess and when they start dating, we have a time skip and the story ends.. There are very few stories where the story continues after the main charges start dating..
Though, I think we still have to have a meeting with Saki’s teacher, on whom Saki was previously in love with..
Maybe after that it’s all the way to the actual confession…
Otherwise, there are fewer plot to continue the story..

Lowkey that was pretty selfish of Saki and is just causing more of a gap and more chapters full of misunderstandings between the two. Also making Kanon feel on the edge.

I agree, but to be fair this was the best that she can do giving her trauma. It's not easy overcoming what you have been suppressing for years. She knows that if she goes all out now on her it may end up their friendship for good, so she needs time to prepare and be tactful.

And it was a good move since it made Kanon realize that there is something that Saki cannot tell her (which was hinted by Rinne in the past, thus fortifying this fact even more). It will make her wonder what that something is and

in chapter 47, when she asks a bit around how she seems to other people and finally see the photos from chapter 41 she will realize that at least she is in love with Saki.

Saki asks her mom about her dad, finally learning a bit about her past. And also importantly, we see Kanon alone at school since Saki took a day off being absolutely crushed emotionally because she is not there. That scene really shows us how important Saki became to her in her life, even more so than Ayano was before.

This is... actually a suprisingly healthy midset. Wish she wasn't causing so much anxiety for Kanon, but for a high schooler she is honestly doing better than most

Oh god people didnt lie. It’s indeed one peak chapter after another. I feel so spoiled now that we get translations so quickly ^^ Thanks a lot for that!
I’m concerned about what idea Kanon had when she thought that Saki would not keep a secret of something “that unpleasant”.
Also, seeing Saki confess she’s into women even if Kanon couldn’t hear her made me so happy for her. Hating yourself for being different is (I assume since it’s yuri) probably very relatable for the most people who read this manga, myself included. But the world is so huge and is filled with so many amazing things to explore that making an enemy out of yourself is equal to locking yourself out of lots of great experiences. No need to prosecute yourself since the society will be more than happy to do it 😆

If I had a nickel for every time I read a yuri with a chapter of the mcs misunderstanding each other, id have 15 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but its weird cause Australia doesnt use nickels as a currency

so something i hadn't understand much til now (alongside her convo w ayano) was saki asking kanon to seriously think abt them moving together, at first i thought she considering kanon's mom side of living together can get tiresome but i think i get it now, saki really thinks her behavior is telling of her feelings(bc of her internalized homophobia), she telling kanon to think it through was like "do you really want to live w someone who has (forbidden) feelings for you?" until ayano told her that kanon is severely lacking on the romance department so even obvious things wont register as romantic to her 🤔
