I know... Some people are just like that. I also know that she just put up this huge act for a long time and she hurt a ton of people and she doesn't want to admit to herself that it was all for nothing....
But this is so painful to watch!! And now that the misunderstanding about her husband has been made clear, she's going to aggravate the situation by visiting her fake lover who others think of as a real lover!?

Something is really wrong with MC. She was verbally abusive to everyone because of her assumptions (which she never bothered to confirm) and her behavior is consistently both irrational and extreme in every chapter. It's super frustrating to see - I hope she starts like a mental and emotional wellness journey with this new realization.

FL - she jumps to extreme conclusions and acts on it without getting more proof/asking the people involved if its true.
ML - he never talks to the FL, or clarified it sooner. Or heck, pushes more when she wont listen to him. He also doesn't clear it with the staff. and now the staff hates her.
Diana - I understand her position, but it's pretty selfish of her to let FL get the blame when all she wanted to hide was her (unrequited?) love to Julius
Julius - well he did try to tell FL that ML loves her... but he should've just told the whole truth re: Diana. I mean, his master and Mistress were affected. Shouldn't he and Diana have the decency to explain things to the FL (especially since they seem to know FL was acting)

Every time Orpheus tries to tell her, Orphelia stops him. Every time Diana tries to tell her, Orpheus stops Diana. After no explaination whatsoever Orpheus backs away and the misunderstanding continues.

so basically all orphelia has to do is resolve all the wrong images people had of her

@Waffley TBF to the Main Characters, all her conclusions were basicaly stuff forced into her head by everyone around the ML and Diana that they themself have been convinced of for years before she showed up.

If you show up somewhere and everyone sells you the perfect love story, you'll end up believing it, especialy given the MC's life before that.

Okay yeah Ophelia's at fault as well but you can't blame someone for being fcked up when all their life was a major fcking sht and then you finally get saved from that hell just to enter a new one where everyone says you're unwanted.
On another hand Orpheus knew she was putting on an act since the beginning but he didn't think of making his servants stop spouting nonsense like "oh yeah the sevants talking sht about my wife, her confidence is dropping, hm just let them continue" how does that make any sense? Of course she doesn't want to listen to him I also wouldn't. Just imagine your partner has a group of friends and they all say your partner actually loves someone else and you're just meddling, your partner knows that they say that but makes 0 attempts to stop them how would you feel?
I would dump that person imediatly.


In this case Ophelia didn't want to break up with him because it would damage his reputation if she were to do so. Instead she chose to act in a way that he would preserve his dignity and reputation if he were to be the one breaking up with her.


Also what is this all about "how can she go see another men after that"??????? Girl literally only has 2 people she can count on and she's feeling like a piece of sht so she just wants advice and someone to help her. Why does it matter? You telling me she justs needs to sit there and stare at the ceiling while overthinking more is that it? Is wanting to get comfort from your friends a crime??
