I think some people are not seeing the ending correctly, they don't have a daughter together, that was his fantasy and his manga that he drew, his alternate future with her that he wanted, but because their siblings they can't have a kid together, so its just them at the end with no daughter. All in all it was a good ending at the end I liked it, you can't help who you fall in love with, so why not just live your life, kinda reminds me of Saraba, Yoki Hi it has more drama and both mc's are siblings and like each other, but the brother is conflicted with his feelings for his sister, its more of a fleshed out, realistic view of incest between siblings in the real world.

Thinking about it, yeah, putting aside whether they can have a child together, I can see how that future didn't happen. MC's childhood friend and ex-girlfriend are honestly too happy and/or chill interacting him and his wife/sister, knowing they did the deed and having a child together that's usually a big taboo. Knowing how they left, I can't imagine them ever reconnecting with the incestuous siblings after that, even having so much of a small talk would be unlikely if they want to avoid them at all costs.

Meaning the ending portrayed at the end is rather bittersweet. Yes, they're pretty much disconnected from their parents, their friends and acquaintances are gone, it's them against the world. But that's fine, because they have each other and their forbidden relationship. As long as they're together and happy, they'll take on anything, even hell when they reach that point.

Again, a bit bittersweet if that's really the case, but that's sometimes what happens with these drama-themed stories, and it's fairly reasonable. It was a good ride while it lasted. Looking forward to see what other incestuous work author will be cooking up next.

An almost perfect ending for incest. Even though they don't have their parents' blessing, they got married, MC's manga became really successful, they have a cute and healthy daughter, and their relationships with their friends were even as good as they come.

Almost too good to be true, but that's what the story is. We don't need to force more drama into it.

And they do have a daughter. MC drew his real life incest story, so of course he would draw the equivalent of his real daughter. Though apparently he has learned and tweaked everyone's appearance a little bit, unlike how he drew his sister/wife at first.

The only thing that's not real is the sketch drawing.
