If some of you have a doubt to install telegram, just think this platform as your "free unlimeted cloud" , sadly if we set our mindset that telegram is a chat app like kik, whatsapp, fbm or line, it will ruin your expectations. But if we set our mindset that telegram is "our free unlimeted cloud storage with 1.2 gb limit per upload and can upload an image without compression with built-in audio player and could stream video without downloading them first BUT with normal UI" it will fullfil your expectation. Tbh, It could match slack ecosystem if they have intention to do that (look, they created a feature that you can invite up to 200.000 members to the supergroup) unfortunately they don't have intention to do that..
Personally, I've been using telegram for database of my educational resources such video and audio of lectures.
And mostly.. I'm not telegram representative. Lol
(Oh and don't forget that telegram is not solid like signal, but who cares? "Normal" people like us don't have such important message or data that could make us die if government know about it)

I just like Telegram for its stickers that you can make it yourself (Also the edit button)
I only use it for private chatting though, not group chats
