Won't say it's bad, but in terms of an "alternate" take on the story it seems to play fast and loose with what's "canon" in the game world.

If memory serves correctly, wasn't the gala where Angie issues the challenge to Livia? The whole thing is just glossed over and the challenge never happens? Even if it occurs later (haven't read the source material), that just kind of flies in the face of the whole "this is how it's supposed to happen" argument.

And if silencing the sky pirates was that easy, wouldn't that Stephanie girl have done it in the original story? Though I suppose Carla's confession would still pose a problem. But then she could've just silenced Carla's family too, no?

I won't judge anyone for liking this take, but from an outsider's perspective it just seems like a lot of wish fulfillment on the author's part.

But then again, I'm biased like that. I've never been fond of the whole "alternate" path some author's create. To each there own.

You're mixing up the Timeline, confrontation that led to duel between OLIVIA and ANGIE happened in 3RD year ! In main timeline (Mobuseka) it happens early because of MARIE'S antiques , so this was supposed to be first dig on ANGIE'S authority rather than direct confrontation.

I don't get what you are saying with it honestly! I mean silencing SKY-PIRATES should have been that easy in every timeline! And it's just a battalion(?) not whole sky pirates! With all the spoiler eagerness I tell you that I was always right, since every chapter of its WN comes out with the volume of the real novel, well, the chapter of vol 12 revealed everything I said, moreover, it is worse than what I said! Marie is the antichrist in every word, just get on mobuseka's reddit group and look for spoilers of marie story ch 10 so you can see that even they themselves recognize that it is a very overrated trash, but they will not admit that I was always right.
