@Zven93 Lahm would be a good example as he had the capacity to go back to defense really fast (we have to wait for the moment of a physical strengthening arc for Ashito) , specially since Bayern has sometimes problems with their CB (Boateng is good but he isn't great, and normally the good CB has great position or fast so the FW doesn't escape from them)
then again in the case of Lahm his last seasons where playing in the middle (thanks pep??)
problem is, the RB or LB that are more famous in the last years is thanks to how they appeal in offensive position (like Dani Alves or the best LB ever Roberto Carlos)
in the case of more defensive and great ones we have Maldini (as mentioned before) and Cafu, I would add Javier Zanetti although he could be good in offensive.
