Tbf he didn't really give her a chance to warn him lol, he basically started monologuing in his irl persona the moment they got on the call. Granted she could've mentioned it in the invite she sent, but I'm not sure it would've helped with how much of a walking fucking disaster this MC is. That would be the case if they were playing an older PC FPS that wasn't developed with gamepad support in mind, but pro Apex Legends players do frequently use game pad because of how strong the aim assist is in the game. To be competitive, pro players do switch from mouse and keyboard to game pad because there are significant advantages to it.
