I very much doubt that, lol. For multiple reasons, least of which is that while this might be Japan they are actually brother and sister of blood relation.

The other big thing is that Ayaya is, and this is a minor spoiler, generally low level jealous over her agency teammate/friend Rina during a meetup over it, and Rina knows Ayaya has feelings.

It's very mixed signal to me. One panel (like the above), it was so obvious (especially from how smart they are deducting each other identity before) they both see each other as potential dating partner, then other panel they both pretend not to and the other just seems to accept as fact without any question.

Long term relationship is really not as simple as the two people loves each other. If one day they marry, the two family will be involved and friction between your partner and family will definitely stress your relationship out -- especially for a family as close-knit as him and sister. Say, if Ayaya really cannot tolerate his sister or vice versa, will he ditch his sister? If he and sister lives apart and barely contacts, that's one thing and you can say it matters not she approve of his relationship or not.
