API chapter missings

Hello,

I've been using the mangDex API recently and it's very cool. But I realized that there are some chapters from some mangas missing, sometimes one or two and sometimes a lot (like 20 or more). I wanted to know if it's normal, cause of maintenance or something else ?
If you have any answer, I would be grateful.

MangaDex is a user-driven site.

The availability of chapters depends on whether anyone has scanlated and uploaded them (or if they allow them to be uploaded).

And official translations are not allowed on MangaDex, unless they're ex-licensed, self-published on the site or just links to an official publisher's site.
