Imagine him suddenly coming across someone playing Factorio in the middle of the desert who's had nothing but time since they all first dropped into the world and a copy of Excel.

Nah, worst would be supcom/ta. Just flat out out scaled and crushed by pure rts power since he’s got a hybrid design.

In terms of games, if you somehow smashed them together, I’d rather use an rts to come out on top of a hybrid RTS/citybuilder

Kinda forgot the details cuz I read the part of this novel like a couple years ago. But the answer was something related to the "Roleplay" part of the tabletop. Here is our MC role is the Apocalyptic King of The Ruin which is the inevitable end game crisis (on such table top scenarios) and such is given unlimited plot armors up until he fulfill his role. Take this with grains of salt cuz it might be inaccurate info cuz I read that with ML and it was pre good chatgpt era

i think this need to be correct here. erakino girl and GM are 2 different person. takuto was lure GM guy out and make him spill out his name so he can appeal to system

i think the reason he cant die is you cant defeat a RTS player by killing their command character (what mc is), and you need to topple his nation first

That's make sense, because if you're playing campaign map RTS you'll only lose when your army gone and all of your regions being conquered by enemy, or your nation went into bankruptcy die to your skill issue.

I remember them saying in the beginning their power is proportional to how big their kingdom is and if Mynoghra is like Risk or WH40k, the player themselves don't really count towards the units they have. You're more like an abstract force that guides your team and you don't die until every single one of your units are wiped out.

That my wild shot in the dark anyway.
