I don't think it has a consistent schedule, but going by the Official Raw

Looks like the scanlation team is nearly caught up, and the author releases chapters in two parts (45.1, and 45.2 for example). 46.1 already came out a couple weeks ago and 46.2 comes out tomorrow.

45.2 came out on September 23rd, so the scans for chapter 45 came today, a month later. So you can probably expect the next chapter a month from now.

Of course @Kobester11 would know best since their team is doing the great work. I'm just guessing.

guys we need to appreciate this cliff hanger. This is the flood gates breaking. We've waited the entire manga to see this point. When its all said and done and the manga is over we'll remember big details but living in the moment before a big reveal between chapters, as I get older, its something I've come to appreciate the most. Our community will never be as hype and strong as it is between these months
