It makes your brain think that it can have any girl in any situation you can think of (it's unconscious process, that's why i'm writing "your brain" not "you"). So it result in thinking: why should I go out and try to talk girls, when I just can watch porn to satisfy all my desires?

As opposite imagination requires you saw that girl who met your fancy. As such most likely you interacted with her or watched her for a long time. You could still watch her in porn, but you focussed on actress not on fapping.

The reason given is the effort. To watch anything you want in porn you just need few clicks. To do in reality... well it takes meeting the person, talking to them, chosing time and place and doing what you want.

Porn has been linked to expectations with various effects on relationships and sexual satisfaction, but anybody who claims to know specific health implications of masturbation is starting with conclusions and developing their argument with confirmation bias. There are many studies that say all sorts of things good and bad about masturbation, but the general consensus from most institutions that actually make a claim about it (NHS, WebMD, etc) is that it's healthy until it has a noticeable detriment to your relationships or career.
