Tbf, it was alluded to that quite a few of the ones she did get expelled tried to force themselves on her and even blackmail her. In case of Tadashi, her trying to expell him by actively sabotaging him was a really twisted way of getting his attention, mirred in her trauma and distrust of men. Kinda like, she wanted to get his attention, but the only way most men expressed their attention to her was through lust, so that's what she used. Doesn't make it any better or right in any way of course. However, chances she used the same tactics on someone before are... low, given that the catalyst for this is her own attraction.

At least, this is how I understood her character.
