Same. There are probably just some months in-universe, but Mai's presence up to this point is so little, that it would rub me the wrong way if she is the end game. Of course author could spend dozen of chapter to build their relationship, but even then it will still feel weird to me.

I think Asumi has always been pretty petite, but now that you mention it I think she's slightly smaller than usual. I don't think I would have noticed it on my own though. Unless maybe the trend continues and by the end of the series she's a dwarf 😭
