Edit: Also, jumprope is surprisingly good exercise. Best to do it on a soft surface like a yoga mat to protect your joints, and contrary to what this comic says, doing it indoors (to protect the rope from dirt and especially concrete) is not a bad idea at all.
There's a reason why athletes including boxers jump rope as part of their training program. Good way to build agility and coordination while burning more calories than you might have imagined.
