Its been three years since the manga released, so logically the author probably at least wrote three summer theme chapters in these past years for one chapter each year. Or maybe I'm talking out of my ass and the author did not shit about story continuity.

Reminds me of when I lost my favourite pair of glasses in a bar-fight...
Well... sort of a bar-fight. I was actually just being kicked on the pavement by a couple of guys outside a pub... but I was far too drink to feel anything, so I didn't care much at the time. I never got my glasses back though. That was the worst part of the whole experience. I loved those frames.

BUT enough about me...
Why would anyone hit on her without her glasses? THAT I can't understand. Bad taste, I'm guessing.
