The thing is in any fight we see where Pickle loses he'd look like a jobber because his whole thing is soaking up damage until he wins; look back to his previous fights and his key advantage is almost always his ability to take punishment
That being said it would have been nice if he'd busted out that form he used on Baki where he goes on all fours

Somehow, I think Pickle is not done, but probably it's just a matter of Toryama/Itagaki handjob for Jack, to show how much he has evolved. Besides, Pickled hasn't trained, has been fighting mostly the same, has been eating garbage, and out of form for quite so time, so I buy it.

I don't know what people expected from Pickle, he's no martial artist, just a high-stat person that was brought into this world. This fight was literally showing that in similar weight/height class - professional fighter just ragdolls Pickle into ground, which Jack did. Glad that Itagaki didn't make Jack bite Pickle to win this, those were more like for sending a clear message.

I love Jack, but this was super disappointing. Pickle was, at one point, the main guy to beat in Baki and had lost to no one until Musashi. To see him lose so easily is just.. weird and boring. Now Pickle is just another guy unless Pickle gets his own arc again where he learns how to fight with actual technique.

Retsu finishes his isekai adventure and is returned in Pickles body by the old witch after Pickle suffered a few hundred more german suplexes and his spirit vacated the body by pure cringe.

Pickle did cry 😭
All this fucking build up about his biting art and he just suplexes Pickle a bunch and then does autism flappy hands and calls it a day. I feel like Itagaki is losing his touch. One-sided fights, even where Jack was involved, were never this overblown and drawn out before.
He did a dumb lil scream in anger type of deal, hardly a cry.
I need Jack to just be waiting for Pickle to wake up to dish out another ass beating (because yeah I get it Itagaki, you're pretty much doing the first Jack VS Pickle fight all over again with roles reversed, very subtle reference dude) and make Pickle look as pathetic as Musashi did for it to not feel like Jack was just blowing hot air.
