Shin deserves WAY better than those bitches.
They're not shy about shoving their tits in his face or letting him touch them. But they won't speak up about letting him stay in the party.
If this was going to be a good manga, then Shin would replace them and move on. Sadly, the premise is set and it's just gonna turn into smut. It's just a lesser version of that milf manga.

Its going to break some common tropes so its not too bad.

The three women plan and then fire the Raid guy after they have failure after failure because they have been carried by the MC. After removing the idiot, they seduce the MC with their breast and the MC slowly relents and goes back to the party as the only male. Then they have seggs occasionally.
Sounds horrible

Unlike most "exiled from party" stories, the heroines aren't bad people, they just made a bad decision. "This feels wrong" and "did we actually do the right thing?" and "I miss him" were all sentiments that Lena and Nina expressed BEFORE they found out their party is weak without him.
But more importantly, they were deceived...
And the third woman, the newcomer Fana, was uninvolved in the decision and it bothers her from the start. She's more or less best girl at this point.
But of course, it's not like they are completely without fault, as they could have communicated more and been more proactive. However, them being partially at fault (but not so at fault you hate them) is the whole point of this story.
After all, if they were completely blameless, then he would just say "okay, I'm joining your party again!" and nothing would change between them. But it's exactly because there are hurt feelings and tension that HUGE BOOBS have a role to play in the story.

Just your usual japanese beta pussy protagonist.
Nothing new.
And for years he didn't even think to buff himself, only his party. What a retard.

Having read ahead a bit with the webnovel, the story makes so much more sense if you imagine it as one long 'bad end' scene starting from when
the MC rejoins the party

would you be willing to elaborate?

I mean, I can kinda tell based on how these "I guess I'll rejoin the party," tropes go because the mc gets persuade through death by snu snu, despite the fact that any reasonable story would have an arc where the fml(s) would be doing self reflection and finding a way to justify them getting the mc to rejoin if at all possible.

Based on what chapter 6 just did, the mc is going to be "brainwashed" to rejoin the party through the promise of harem sex, and any reader that stays with this 20 chapters later will be lucky if this betrayal is even addressed.

A more compelling story would be that Lena and Nina sex him, but he still turns them down, saying something along the lines of "I did a lot for my family and put a lot of trust into them, and they dumped me at the first moment they thought they knew what was best for me, without consulting with me first." It would leave open the possibility of the girls winning him back, depending entirely if they can actually see themselves being able to live a happy life with him, instead of a quid pro quo relationship.

Like how Nina was like "go to a brothel to preform your harem dreams" to Raid and then back door forming a harem with the MC. Freaking pure gold right there.
I swear to God, I hope we get a re-release of this or a change in the plot where the mc says, "So what you're offering me is something I can get down the street, and in exchange I return to being a carrier in a different context?"

So while i do agree with sentiments and all (of the girls) but it's brain rot motives to kick him out. They never spoke to him (despite being a long time friend and if i understood correctly blondy joined them later and somehow became party leader).
In essence this is betrayal. Now let's see from a normal MC perspective:
Betrayed by his friends
Learned that he is actually OP and was basically actually dragged down by them, virtually making him an S-class
Learns that after he was kicked out party started to fail
They decide ask him back (looking like hoodlums)
Yet somehow dude was brainwashed/seduced and forgotten everything after this

If we bump the IQ levels to normal world levels: This looks like 2 skanks thought that while he was a good friend he was a loser. By the suggestion of assumed "strong" guy they decided to ditch the loser.
After 1st failed mission they begun to understand that the assumed "loser" was actually the opposite. After few failed missions they also understood that the "strong" guy is a sore loser and any bitch(animal like) like affection towards him turned 180^.(Before the priestess/dancer explained everything they already knew and understood everything, she was just an outlet for open speech contrary to inner thoughts)
Then they decide to have a meeting to return the one who made them rich and famous, WITH BLONDY. After understanding that WITH BLONDY is not an option BLONDY GOT BOOTED OUT.(Why did they not do this prior to this? They knew he hated him or was endangering him....Why were they not afraid of him after this (as one of them claimed initially).
And lastly they outright seduce/brainwash him to return him back. It's a glorified story about 2(3) skanky gold diggers corrupting the chicken that lays golden eggs.
He doesn't need them, they need him.

If this is supposed to be a escapism fantasy then some people really do like nightmares over dreams.

So I came into this expecting it to be low-tier trash and for the OC to get seduced back into his party pretty easily. That's not exactly hard to guess, it's kinda on the cover.

...But I was not expecting the actual fucking sexual assault in chapter 6. Holy shit, what. Yeah that makes me uncomfortable.
And the third woman, the newcomer Fana, was uninvolved in the decision and it bothers her from the start. She's more or less best girl at this point.
What do you mean, "best girl"??? She's a literal rapist manipulator who drugs and brainwashes people. Yeah she's bothered by the situation BUT it sure as hell isn't motivated by morals or ethics, but rather personal ambitions she's alluded to in prior chapters. She is ABSOLUTELY not a good person, especially after chapter 6. The other girls were just stupid, naive, and/or ignorant—Fana is a malicious manipulator who does not have Shin's wellbeing in mind. Worst girl. How the fuck is Shin supposed to trust this girl on his team when she does shit like this?

Sure, it's completely understandable for someone like you to be bothered by that situation and want to drop this.

The MC might technically have experienced what you described, but he doesn't feel that way and isn't traumatized by it, it just made him feel awkward. So, many people who read this aren't bothered by what you mentioned, and it's actually written with a target audience of those who relish the idea of being seduced like this. But yes, technically it's exactly as you said, and you have a right to be offended because everyone has different sensibilities.

I also know people who drop a manga when they see a tsundere violently hit someone based on a misunderstanding and not be chastised for it. It just feels immoral and gets on their nerves, even if the punch doesn't actually injure anyone. So both this case and that case are a kind of "violence" that the person receiving it doesn't mind. Alternatively, I've read some serious shoujo manga in which the male leads are very arguably emotionally abusive in parts of the story, and yet they have a complex reason for their behavior and do love the heroine and at the core want to make her happy in spite of their behavior so I still root for them, yet I do know people who say "any relationship which involves that is unhealthy and must be ended immediately" toward situations like those.

Shoujo by definition cannot be serious same as shounen.
Girls who like shoujo like that need a therapist and boys who like the situation MC is in needs a therapist (also everyone who likes being physically assaulted for misunderstandings or minor offenses). Just to be clear i'm exaggerating but essense is that it is not normal or healthy longing or fetish.

So I found and read the WN for this (it's easy to binge if you speed through the vapid breast-worshiping scenes, which make up a majority of the word count) and I can confirm to any of you hopefuls out there that this is not gonna be worth reading. The female characters are shallow and shameless, the male main character is beyond pathetic, the pacing is bad, the writing is only passable, the plot is a barely-existent excuse for the erotica, and to top it all off said erotica isn't even good.

After the drugging, brainwashing, mind control, and sexual abuse done by Fana of chapter 6's honey trap (which happens in chapter 3 in the WN), he goes to meet his old party, who blatantly and shamelessly love bomb him into agreeing to rejoin the party. Effectively from there on he undergoes a continuous series of brainwashing and sexual grooming over and over and over, with "story arcs" generally involving attempts to brainwash him away from the party by outsiders. None of them care about what he wants to do with himself, they just all exploit his weak will and strong libido to get what they want from him, and he takes it because he's pathetic and naive. I don't recall him ever actually even getting to have true sex with anybody, it's all him getting molested by boob play stuff. There's no respect for him either, any praise the girls give him reeks of sycophancy after all the love bombing they did earlier. Bro is just a convenient tool and a plaything for these women, a useful and beloved pet who eagerly wags his tail when they pet him—what room is there for "respect" in that? Given the infantilizing way they spoke to him while love-bombing him, I don't think they regard him as an equal. Many female characters in the novel remark something like "men are so easy to control" which seems to be the prevailing attitude among all of them regardless of whether they say it out loud or not.

The description is misleading:
Strong on magic but weak on tits, they start a lewd war of attrition!
The first part is definitely accurate, but the latter point is straight-up false. The "war" is over by chapter 5 in the WN, which means it's probably gonna be over by chapter 9 of the manga at the latest. Bro immediately lost all self-respect and folded. As I said, this protagonist is pathetic—I don't even mean that in an insulting way, I mean his mental and emotional strength are truly pitiful and he's destined to be used by those around him for the rest of his life. And he'll never speak up for himself, because he's a slave to his base desires and they all know it, which makes him a slave to them. That's just sad, man.

A user named "Peasantry" left a review on the WN that sums it all up:
A thoroughly toxic 'love story', that plays out like a 'bad end' scenario in a femdom eroge.

For those of you who like this kind of thing (breast worship and femdom)... just go read a good hentai doujin instead, you'll have a much better time. Hell, you can go look up doujin from the artist of this manga if you like the art, just go search for "Ebina Ebi" on hentai sites. Actually, you should just go read Imaizumi Brings All the Gals to His House, which is erotica involving a guy being seduced by big titty girls all the time... but their relationship is healthy and wholesome, and everybody has mutual respect. The girls truly love the guy, and rather than exploiting him because he's got something they want, they're constantly trying to support him in what he wants to do.
