Oh, it WILL bother her quite a bit. Unlike Sonia, who seems to have deluded herself into believing that Griffith (Who she claims to know all about through her telepathy) is really as good as he presents himself. All Charlotte knows of him is that fake prince charming/knight in shining armor act he put on to make her fall in love with him.
Consider how she reacted when her father tried to rape and her overall response to being Ganishka's hostage. If/when she finds out that he's easily worse than those two put together, it'll be a miracle if the resulting breakdown doesn't happen with a Berehit nearby to ensure she became an Apostle.
Like, seriously, this is the sort of thing that drives over the edge to cast your humanity away in Berserk. The Slug Baron was an example of discovering an awful truth capable of making you want to die, so I'll be surprised if she lives through it.
