Well, I am looking forward to see where the manga is going. I have a feeling that we will get a good ending. I have read others of Towa's manga and she is very talented
I will say this again here. Hetero relationship or not I have every intention of reading the rest of the series. I will also almost definitely translate more of it at some point. I have volumes 1-5 raw on my laptop so it's just a matter of feeling motivated enough to translate. Nothing I have seen regarding the 6th volume has made me not want to continue.
I want to see how things play out with satsuki. I wanna see (I'm assuming her) get out of the awful relationship. And most importantly I wanna see if there's a happy ending in store for the two of them

All you have to do is look at any hentai site that uses the tag and you will see thousands of results where potential love interests and crushes are stolen before the couple gets together.
