I've actually improved my rating of this series (previously stopped at chapter 9. (Usually mangas have a tendency to go downwards in rating).
The abuse question wasn't addressed correctly though, it's more akin to H-doujin in more realistic sense after 2 thousand years of "action" I presume any human would become a "husk" and their mind would be hidden somewhere deep enough not to resurface ever again. A so called 3rd person view state where your body and mind are disconnected. (Actual mental state)
