Haruka is not bad when she's a five star and even in the story she's the one that start the fight between PS68 and the Prefect Team so we already see this in the game somewhat.

I meant that in the sense of seeing her more... devout side. Y'know, the mad bomber side that we see here and in the main story. Because all we usually see is her extremely unhealthy self-hatred and borderline suicidal tendencies.

Hoshino is the strongest student in the game, followed by Hina and Neru. Being right under them would still make Haruka one of the strongest.

If you put Neru, than you can put Tsurugi aswell cause she's pretty much evenly match with Neru in chapter F

To be fair, Haruka is one of the hardest tanks in the game, she just needs a lot of resources to go online(Mainly UE40).

She is an absolute unit after upgraded, almost toe to toe to Hoshino.

"One per school" that makes zero sense. Of course Mika is stronger than Tsurugi, Mine actually fought Tsurugi no problem, Toki is at least on-par with Neru, and all of Abydos are badasses according to Maki. Not to mention RABBIT and FOX squad. Blue Archive isn't a powerscaling shonen

I mean, when it comes to Abydos, they're all just stronger than the average student and most likely than most of the playable cast considering Maki's comment on them. From what we see in Vol. 1 Ch. 3, however, none of them is even near Hoshino in terms of sheer power.

Then again, with how many fights Hoshino has in that chapter one after another to the likes of a certain Grade 9 Fixer it's hard to make an estimate and to know how much of that was just an exaggeration of the writers.

Then again again, this is Blue Archive. Who cares about powerscaling lol
