Ummm just did the author never meet military people? They never act like this MC. Especially when they were off duty, they are usually down to earth and whatnots so why is MC acting like everyone is his superior and/or like he's still on duty?

I get that he's fresh from military academy but to think he'll confused the positions of president of a merchant company and compare it to an actually general of the army

This kojiro better be racist or I'm gonna flip tf out lmao
Nah I'm just kidding

A Japanese from 80 years ago founded a country in a different world? That would be 1940-1944 ...what could go wrong right guys?
Imagine the author was German and he wrote a hard-line SS guy went isekai and founded a country...oh wait that's drifters

Currently it just seems like he considers that since the merchant president person is in a higher position, he should treat him like a superior. He also still has his uniform on, so he's probably just kinda going with the flow and thinking he's on duty (he should've really switched to not on duty at some point, but protag's a bit narrow minded)

Also, there might be some nationalist propaganda bias as in most media.
So always take things with a grain of salt.
