Because bisexuals exist, duh. Can't ignore the bi in bisexual. Besides, we've been given hints about this even all the way back in chapter 8 with many more tiny hints that it's just that she's supremely dense on her own feelings for him even if Miya has been abrasive towards Sora all this time.
