Not sure, but this makes it sound like Asahi wasn't really trying to save Miya any of those times back in the past. Which would mean she started crushing on a klutz whose accidents she interpreted as deliberately saving her, and because of that crush hates a guy who apparently has indeed knowingly thrown himself into the line of fire for her, all because he once did so for her crush and won her heart. Doubt it's quite that far, and it's clear that Asahi is indeed a great girl, but it'd be interesting if they actually went with that sort of angle, loving one person because of traits she imagined while hating another who actually has those traits. Either way, I get the feeling that if she'd known Sora too back as a kid, this might have played out quite differently.
