I'd argue all four are the main characters; Riji, Meguru, Remu, and Azuki all are intricately tied into the lives of one another, especially once Riji contacted Meguru a couple chapters ago.

Azuki might be the "primary" main, but Meguru holds just as much import in her narrative as Remu, and Riji will only become more and more entwined the more she starts controlling Remu - especially since she reached out to Meguru a couple chapters ago literally last chapter actually, and clued Meguru into Remu knowing Azuki, which has culminated in this chapter.

Hell yeah, my girl Niji's been shouldering the burden of keeping this yuri toxic all by her lonesome for too long. Time for Meguru to tag in and turn things up to 11.

I've got high hopes for Meguru. She hasn't amounted to much outside of flashbacks so far, but I've got confidence that she'll be able to shake off the rust in no time, completely undermine her stepsister's nascent sense of self-confidence, and really just completely ruin Remu's home life. And for an encore I bet she'll even be able to re-traumatize Azuki and make her revert to being a self-loathing sad sack living in constant fear of having other people learn about her desires.

Truly don't get the reaction to Meguru this chapter, she hasn't shown a single ounce of disgust or judgement to Remu. Hell she was genuinely surprised when Remu called herself disgusting over the figurines, surprised that's how Remu sees her.

And it's not like i don't see that Meguru went into Remu's room behind her back, that is an invasion of privacy especially when Remu has been trying to keep her doll fetish under wraps but like, from the way Meguru has been reacting this chapter, she'd have to truly crash out at the idea "her" Azuki is getting chummy with her little sister in order for this to turn from a prying this secret open in a moment of weakness to the actual genuine malic she's already being ascribed.

Like sure Meguru is kind of the final boss of both Azuki and Remu's self-loathing but, she truly isn't malicious, and is genuinely trying to work through her own issues. Even if the next chapter sees her crashing out and hurting Remu/destroying some of the dolls (with Azuki's special face mold right there for the taking) she's just not the bitch some of you are pretending she is.

People are shitting on niji, but character wise the only odd one out is meguru, she is in the "process" of unraveling her degeneracy while rest of them are committed to their degeneracies.

I think it's because Meguru is potentially turning the corner. She and Niji are "actively harming" Azuki & Remu, while Azuki & Remu are simply trying to work with their fetishes in as healthy a manner is possible for them.
Niji being the one who's potentially creating a dangerous situation for the other three--especially after she contacted Meguru to "snitch" on Remu & Azuki--means she's an actual malicious agent at this point, and victimizing other characters is going to turn readers against her.
