Did you even read the preserialization of this story? This guy made hentai, but the author of Nagatoro did that too, so what of it? It stayed true to its tag of suggestive, but its overall story was very wholesome. The prequel, well we don't talk about that.

Seems pretty clear they read both and that's the reason they don't like it, which in all honesty is fair enough, having such an awful prequal can make it hard to enjoy the more wholesome main story.
