You are correct. I noticed that the pages were messed up too. Page 15 shows up after page 17 here.
Additionally, page 14 is missing from this chapter.

I've gone ahead and re-ordered page 15 to the correct spot and shot over a message to Silas on their discord server, so we'll just need to wait for the missing page to be added.
