This manga is actually really interesting. It went off the rails so fast we reached escape velocity and now there are no limits to what can happen. Maybe it's too absurd, maybe it's over-the-top, but this is entertaining if you can digest it.

It's one of those manga that stalls time without any worthwile progress as they end each chapter with cliffhanger. With logic that really pushing it.

The problem lies on the story. The concept is not terrifying enough to scare me. I don't mind if it's gonna be predictable, but at least, I expect some twists, and climax which make sense. I'm sure everything will get worse when it's getting closer to the root of the problem. And I agree what saredesu said.
