@jokerxhisoka: If I'm understanding it right based on what seem to be 6 skill points and 0 level in everything.
Basically despite leveling she has yet to put her skills into anything.
In MC's case he has the skill board to directly apply them, but for normal people I'm guessing they have to physically/mentally focus on a skill. (Even the hero has 72 points to spare)
