Is this going to be something like the kamikaze guy being cursed too, but instead of a hp curse it is a curse that draws strong enemies to him which makes his weapons break due to resilient skin and high hp? And seemingly be a curse using another of hero's items?
Or is the guy simply stupid enough to never grind money with easy quests where he doesnt have to go full nora to win, and this herb-gathering quest encountering an s-rank was just a coincidence?

Wait a Kraken an S rank monster? Since When? Kraken is literally just an overgrown Squid. Powerful? Yes, but it would only be mid tier at most, like, a C rank or so. Just lIke how the Hydra is nothing compared to an actual Dragon, a somewhat experienced adventurer would already kill it with ease
