The worst one I've seen in recent times is that fighting game oji-san isekai. So afraid its concept isn't strong enough that there's a bunch of half naked girls in it getting ryona'd and then they also showed nipples in the latest chap. I hate it, it's slop, but I'm still eating the slop...
