The fact that this was translated by a fan group now doesn't mean is what is happening in Japan.
The stoy doesn't have extras or anything is like the author wanted it to be after this she started a shonen and this is what it is unfinished.
Arima-Maria is what in the west would may name a no-binary person, them has dysphoria and that's it.
