[Cache/Not a bug] Editing chapter name and saving sometimes doesn't work

1. Click on edit chapter.
2. Edit the chapter name.
3. Click save, like here:


4. 1/3 of the times, the save button opens the chapter for reading, instead of saving the changes.

4. 1/3 of the times, the save button opens the chapter for reading, instead of saving the changes.

It actually saves the data, but it takes a bit until the cache expires and the new data is displayed

Sounds about right. Not sure what made me assume otherwise, apologies for that!
