Can't access other options

Is it just me or there's really an issue clicking the gear icon on the right and the radio button on the left? I can't access both on my end as well as clicking on the follow button. Anyone can help?

Put this issue in BUGS. Along with what browser and device you are using.

Me and several others had the same issue few weeks ago.
