Some of them are scanning for potential mentions of copyrighted manga and other fanTL manga sites. I believe one of the korean manhwa publishers even gloated about having bots looking for people snitching on themselves of which sites they use.

Akane-banashi might be the dark horse show for me this season. The expressiveness in both the characters' actions and voice really took me by surprise. From what I understand this is a popular weekly shounen jump series, but it really feels like you need this animation and voice acting to get the full effect of what makes their rakugo performances so impressive.

I'm eager to see if the show will manage to keep me as excited throughout the season as it did during episode one.

I had no expectations either, but came out pretty surprised (maybe because I had 0 expectations). Though your mileage may vary. 😅

a while back, my lil' bro's laptop monitor literally burned out due to him leaving it on for 6 consecutive months to farm a game on Roblox

we didn't know what to do; getting a new monitor installed would've cost too much to be worth it, and shelling out the money for a new laptop was impossible

that was, until I had the brilliant suggestion of plugging an HDMI cable from his laptop to a TV screen

because only his monitor died out and not the rest of the components, the laptop could still power on, but the monitor just didn't want to show anything

so, I grabbed a spare HDMI cable, tried it out, and it worked wonders

adjusting the resolution took some time, and he couldn't get used to his new lifestyle then, but now, he's perfectly capable of using it

I'd share his setup, but I don't wanna reveal his face
