Sadly, I don't think it's available any more. At least, I'm not seeing it in the settings on the mainsite.

Well.. Buckle up for another lesson kiddos. Every April MangaDex has an event where ads will plague the site, but there's a catch, it's just advertisements for manga! Usually there will be a thread in March where you are able to submit ads you made yourself to advertise your favorite manga like the examples below:

*All of these ads can be found in their respective years on the MangaDex April Fools manga.

But there was something new this year that wasn't in the previous years, we were able to gamble with Dex-chan and get gacha like cards that were tiers of manga (this snowballed into endless debt some regulars still haven't cleared today, but that's a story for another time.)
The link doesn't work right now since the event is over, but if you are curious. Also the image below was a gif, but since I screenshotted it you are stuck with this.

Back to the lore, this caused people to make threads and to see what the highest card was each tier, there was even some rumors of a fabled 7* card at the time. Some stuff happened, people were temp-banned for flooding the servers, and then finally, it happened (yeah I don't have any links of who got first, but it was definitely me, don't let anyone tell you otherwise okay?)

Anyways, pretty fun event and even had some funny cards. I think @robertelch or someone had a site that archived all the cards so you should definitely check it out for stuff like this:
