No
(6/2)*3+1=10
(2/2)*3+1=4 , (4/2)*3+1=7 so they cannot converge into one value as it has passed 6 as an odd number
proof invalid

your argument incorrectly assumes that if one number eventually reaches another under the Collatz rules, then the second number must also be able to reach the first, when in reality, the Collatz function is not reversible. every number has a unique next value, but a number may have multiple, one, or no predecessors. For example, 6 goes to 3, then to 10, to 5, to 16, to 8, then to 4, yet 4 to 2 to 1 to 4 never returns to 6. this is not a contradiction, because the Collatz conjecture only requires that every sequence eventually reaches 1, not that paths can be traced backwards. therefore, it is invalid because it treats the Collatz map as if it were reversible when it is not.

Not just 2, seems like even on the reddit for mangadex, some people experiencing it. Supposedly ISPs are blocking the site from being accessed according to moderator statement? Which is just a fucking wild move to do out of nowhere.

My negative thoughts say this: The British government has declared all our porns illegal and will be confiscating our big titty onee-sans. This is just the first step.

My positive thoughts say this: I have none. Panik.

what is Oak's JP guidelines? That sounds amazing
It's just a way to help people with no knowledge of Japanese to convert titles in romanji, in this case not only from hiragana/katakana but also some numerals and a bit of everything (basically, a longer than usual guide). I don't know how it looks know, but last time he was asking for the "days of the month" part so I told him it's kind of useless to make a guideline for that as almost every day doesn't follow a rule to read it and he should just make a list of every day of the month.
For those who don't know Japanese, just check a list like this one: https://www.japanesejlpt.com/learn-japanese/days-of-the-month/

Our failing manga site is failing harder and your laughing? Your laughing at its failure?

Based. :02:
Just consider moving to a different country if it's not working. VPN is for weaklings.

I felt like it meant 1 point / one same number and not just the value (1) and the fact that the value of 2 became 7 causes the inability for it to become a whole number again
7/2=3.5 3.5*3=10.5+1=11.5 and dividing it further would cause it to become 5.75 (then times three add one yadda yadda)

Also wtf you mean reversible I was only moving forward with each calculation? The one with 6 was one example the one with 2 was to show that it couldn't reach 6(?) I wasn't moving backwards.
