@WhiskeyWolf I forgot which science journal I read it in, but it was actually stated as a side not that even if most people(let alone a highschooler) were sent back in time(or in another world for this matter), the chances of them making any major changes(in terms of innovation) and utilizing modern technologies and knowledge is little to none since the average person has know idea how most things work(on the conceptual level as to make it usable and profitable). And even if they did, they would still lack the necessary knowledge to actually go further with it like material attainment, manufacturing, etc.

@Tatsumaikyoku That's not my point. What I'm trying to say is that she isn't even trying to do any of those things. She simply is waiting to be railroaded into the worst case scenario.

@WhiskeyWolf Well, while it is true that she could have done other things, I don't really see a problem with what she did. Her plan wasn't that bad either. Her premise was that Celestine turned bad because of the pressure of problems he had in life so like she said in the first few chapters, she devoted her time to making sure he wouldn't be tempted by Ignis(Which by all means is really one of the more reasonable solutions. I mean, making someone have a stronger moral compass seems more tangible than leading some sort of industrial revolution or making innovations). Only problem is that she didn't expect him to elope(on the day before enlistment no less). But other than that, the plan would have gone well(assuming she did a good job in making him immune to Ignis's possible temptation.) And of course a backup plan is nice and all, but for the most part, I don't really see what was wrong with her plan overall and how she's "doing nothing but waiting for the worst case scenario". It's just a case of her plan not working, not because she didn't do jack. There's a difference.

I like the story so far but there is one think that irritates me. Why is her fathers hair like that???? Hair is becoming gray from roots not the ends aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargtt...............I think I am bit overeacting
