Just a shoot in the dark but i'm guessing the stillborn is actually the Siana she was probably tossed away and found only to be raised in the same village as Xix but thats just me speculating. As for Serin getting raped it could happen but I doubt it with Nex's attachment to her he would be sure to kill anyone who so much as laid a finger on her.

Damn thi sis wrong, but it explains how Ninurta came to be, Iffrita's obsesson, and Serin's betrayal all coming to a head. Like a K-pop drama gone wrong in the land of Chaos. But then how did Siana also have Nex/ Serin's blood? They are filling in a lot of gaps from Immortal Regis....

Serin was pregnant with twins look at her reaction on page 28, the other one is Siana or Xix. Remember all of them are confirmed Nex children, they all can undo the seals or are immune to the night infection, so unless she has in truth two more in the oven, what i doubt going by the size of her belly, the origin of one is still a mystery.
