No, it isn't. That contract was done for Makima. Nayuta is a control devil, but a different person. Nayuta can actually die here, but considering that guy is working together with Famine and can overpower Nayuta, I expect him to take her with him to use against Denji and force him to work for them (they need Chainsawman and War Devil to defeat Death)
