Chapters not syncing with MDList

I'm reading chapters of jojo part 6 and it doesn't seem to be syncing at all since I started reading, I manually did it up to 6 thinking it would work automatically again but it doesn't seem to be updating at all

Any advice appreciated, i don't know if replies notify, havent used forums so I might forget to check this thread

@metrize Just to make sure, you have followed the manga/put it to Reading right?
Also if you have screenshots that would be great.

as you see with anilist and MALsync on the browser its syncing, but not with mangadex itself

I don't get what you want and I don't see anything wrong with these screens... Can you explain again?

@BzzBzz I'm reading chapters, but it's not counting as read, on MDList (it works fine on anilist where its syncing with MALsync but mangadex MDList itlsef is not syncing)

you can see the mdlist is not updating even when i read chapters in mangadex (but it is updating with anilist), MDList used to sync when reading on mangadex but its not for some reason

It's working even right now, but not for every series for whatever reason
I checked some of my follows, most are properly synced with "eyes" but some are like 5-10 chapters out of 100+ however all chapters are properly auto-marked with "eyes".
