Damn... Welp. I feel like boys wouldn't have a proper equivalent for this situation. I mean, I guess if a friend gets you an onahole, but a massager at least can have a legit use outside of masturbation, and it's an electric appliance, too. I've heard of some guys buying each other sex toys as a joke to make fun of each other (usually college age guys that are really immature).
