Checkbox Return Bug

Using tag display mode checkboxes any tag marked as exclude will turn into include when hitting back button after searching.
The newly changed included checkboxes act as if they were include checkboxes when searching.

For context, I believe the root cause for this is Chrome wanting to autofill previous inputs, the system works as expected on Firefox for example. This may or may not be fixed later today, Chrome is pretty weird and invasive about this stuff.
