It's はるちゃむ in the raws, I'd assume that the "う" part of "む" isn't meant to be pronounced too strongly here, so Haru-cham seems fine for the romaji spelling, but eh I could be wrong for all I know since I don't speak Japanese.

I'd not turn down a gyaru/tomboy/childhood-friend triumvirate ruling the Moe Empire. The combined wholesomeness would be devastating.

Poor Haru almost lost her life from the HNNNNGGG induced by gyaru+childhood friend sparkles, and that was only a two-part combo.
