That witch either wants Haneul for herself or wants Mincheol and is trying to ruin his relationship so she can "console" him later. Either way it's none of her business so even if Haneul resented him for it she has no right to guilt trip anyone. So so so much this. Mincheol was blind sided so hard by her saying those things that he doesn't seem to realize that, A) It's none of that random person's business in the first place, and B) How that random person sees the situation and her opinion are completely irrelevant. It would be a whole other story if it were Haneul or her mom saying these things.

Who is the translator to add his own monologue into the manga, judging the story and insulting some characters
It's also very cringe.
A note at the end to express their feelings and opinions is OK though.
Notes throughout the Manga should always be about the translation, nothing more.
