I'm guessing it's something similar to being "inside a bubble" and I think the scene where he talks about being inside a sandbox is foreshadowing. In this metaphor the marble (mc) is trapped inside the ramune bottle (his social status/clique).

He submitted the story into Shogakukan's newcomer competition under title "ラムネの瓶に沈んだビー玉の月" (marble moon sinking in the ramune bottle)

If I remember correctly, his limitation, how far he can reach, how much he can do in relation to his ideals and way of life. He feels like he is the beautiful glass marble inside a ramune bottle who can only look longingly without being able to become like the moon in the sky. By the way, Saku's name means "new moon".

During the Q&A event, I remembered either the author or editor mentioned they want to try making it something light bungei-like title, like some titles from Dengeki.

Ok. Good chapter. Nice follow up to chapter 1.
My only problem is pg 29 and 30. These girls are supposed to have E and D cup breasts. I'm not sure what alternate measuring system Bobcat, the artist, is using, but those tiddies don't come anywhere near to E and D. Artist needs to step up his tit drawing skills if those little B and C cups are supposed to be that big. Or maybe hiromu and Bobcat aren't on the same page. Anyway, sorry, for the discourse on tits, but those kind of details that get shitty treatment bothers the fuck out of me. It's ok to draw some properly sized tits without being lewd. Work on it, Bobcat.
