I think even if you wait for the Volume raws to release, you can use the Weekly/Monthly Chapter releases to translate the content ahead of time, so that way you would only have to worry about cleaning and typesetting the volume raws when they release (dialogue rarely change between Chapter and Volume release, so they don't need much checking).

Also, an advise.
When Typesetting on areas without text-bubbles (usually for inner thoughts), it's better to set the outer glow or stroke to white with black text (or reverse with white text), so that it becomes somewhat easier to read, as gray makes the text blend and can cause discomfort when reading.

I'm with you, I honestly hate that every single manga that wants to incorporate some "dark reality" crap into their manga, they ALWAYS seem to resort to including rape. It's the easiest thing to just toss into your manga because it doesn't require much skill in story writing to incorporate and it elicits a strong response without doing much work. It's just distasteful honestly.

The writing is also pretty shitty regarding that bandit bosses' whole reasoning. He talks about how he should have kept his men in line a little more and that it was his fault for not doing so, and how it was necessary for their group to kidnap women and use them as sex slaves because they have no choice (which in itself is already a retarded argument), but then why would you then kill these women by raping them so much and giving them absolutely no care what so ever? Is there even a need to beat them so hard while you're raping them as well? If he deemed it as a necessary evil for his men to satiate their lust, at the very least he could have NOT killed them and not have them be no better than basically goblins when it comes to their raping.
